1. Overview

At Storifay, customer satisfaction is important to us. We understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations. We offer a clear and straightforward return policy for all purchases made through storifay.com.

✓ You have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return must be initiated within 14 days from the date you received the item.
  • The item must be in good condition, without excessive signs of use. While you are allowed to carefully inspect the product, it cannot be overly used, scratched, or damaged.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories (such as compartment dividers and the base) and manuals.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, if the dispenser has been extensively filled with food/grains, it must be thoroughly cleaned before returning.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products returned after the 14-day return window has expired.
  • Items that show clear signs of heavy usage, damage caused by the customer (drops, water damage not related to normal use), or missing parts.

3. How to Return

Initiating a return with Storifay is simple. Follow these steps:

  1. Contact us — Send an email to support@storifay.com or use our contact form with your order number and the reason you wish to return the item.
  2. Receive Return Instructions — Once approved, our team will provide you with the Return Authorization and the exact shipping address of our supplier's warehouse. (Please do not send items back to the address on the original shipping label without contacting us first, as it may not be the correct return facility).
  3. Pack the item securely — Place the product back in its original box. We highly recommend using a shipping service with tracking capability.
  4. Ship the package — Send the item to the provided supplier address and email us the tracking number so we can monitor its arrival.

⚠ Returns sent without prior authorization or to the wrong address may result in delays or the inability to process your refund.

4. Return Shipping Costs

The responsibility for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:

  • Change of mind / Not satisfied: If you are returning the item because you no longer want it or changed your mind, you (the customer) are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
  • Defective or damaged items: If the product arrives damaged or is defective, Storifay will cover the return shipping costs (or we will provide a free replacement without requiring a return, depending on the situation).

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our supplier's warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to fully process and appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank or credit card company.

If you haven't received a refund within this timeframe, please first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at support@storifay.com.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, we will resolve the issue at no cost to you.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item.
  • Provide clear photographs or a short video of the defect/damage.
  • We will immediately arrange for a full replacement to be sent to you, or offer a full refund if preferred.
